Eric and Don combine strategic and creative skills honed from the boardrooms of Fortune 500 Companies to the rough-and-tumble world politics and advocacy on the highest stakes issues.

Eric has a broad background that includes advertising and journalism, Eric has developed a distinct and impactful visual and storytelling style. He is the recipient of Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 Under 40 Award and serves as a member of the Foundation Board of Directors for Langara College.

Don has advised prime ministers, presidents and corporate executives and is an expert in climate change communications for NGOS, corporations, and governments. He is a member of the Vancouver Magazine Power 50 list of influential citizens and was the founder of The Element Agency, acquired by FTI Consulting (NYSE: FCN) in 2011.

Cathie Herrick

Cathie leads the media team through CPM.  She is one of the leading media strategists in North America, having created Buying Time Media in 1997.  Her national work in the United States began with the 1992 Clinton/Gore campaign and since then she has overseen the strategic, targeted media placement across for leading corporate and issue advocacy clients throughout the Americas and Europe.

Tara Hungerford

Tara is a renowned writer, producer and director who’s creative leadership has earned the some of the highest honours in television, including multiple Leo Awards, Golden Sheaf Awards, and multiple nominations for Canadian Screen Awards. Over 22 years, Tara has built a portfolio of hundreds of credits in commercials, television series, documentary, music videos and short films.

Bryn Choppick

Bryn Choppick is an award-winning communications consultant and filmmaker. Over the past decade, he has helped win elections at all levels of Canadian government and served clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500 companies, to non-profits and unions. His work has been praised in Marketing Magazine and he is the recipient of a PRNews Nonprofit PR Award and a 2020 Reed Award. He holds a Master’s in Rhetoric and Communication Design from the University of Waterloo.
